Health Benefits in 2025: Insights from the KFF Employer Health Benefits Survey ([link removed] )

Join Health Affairs and KFF’s Matthew Rae on November 5 for an exclusive Insider virtual event exploring the findings from the KFF Employer Health Benefits Survey, reporting on benefits in 2025.

This event is for Health Affairs Insiders only.

Health Affairs, in partnership with KFF, will publish findings from the 27th annual KFF Employer Health Benefits Survey in late October 2025.

The survey asked firms about eligibility for and enrollment in their health benefits, as well as the characteristics of their largest plans. In addition to tracking key metrics on plan cost-sharing, the survey explores employers’ network strategies, access to primary care, and includes an in-depth section on GLP-1 medications for weight loss.

Matthew Rae, associate director of The Health Care Marketplace Program at KFF, will share the main findings and insights, followed by a Q&A session for attendees.
