John, sorry for the early message. I was having my morning coffee before heading out the door, and I wanted to fill you in quickly as one of our top supporters. 

I was just checking the status of our mid-month fundraising drive, and I’ll be honest, the numbers aren’t where I hoped they’d be.

We’re the underdogs in this race, but I’ve never let that stop me before. I won my last race by just 29 votes because of the generous grassroots supporters who volunteered their time, made sure their voices were heard, or donated $1 or $5 at a time.

Together, we have what it takes to win in Iowa and help flip the U.S. House.I have seen firsthand the enthusiasm we’re bringing to this movement. But it will take significant resources to build the operation we need to take on Zach Nunn and finally flip this seat blue.
