The government has now been shut down for two weeks – and Republican incompetence is on full display:

➔Trump and Republicans continue to refuse to negotiate.

➔ Mike Johnson continues to keep the House closed for business.

➔ Some military personnel won’t receive their scheduled pay beginning this week.

➔ Trump and Republicans are using the shutdown to fire federal workers and slash programs that serve veterans and working families

➔ And open enrollment for health insurance begins in two weeks – and Republicans have ZERO plans to prevent millions from seeing their premiums skyrocket.

Friend, Trump and Republicans control Congress. They could end the shutdown TODAY and prevent millions from facing massive increases in their health care. But they refuse.

At the same time, Trump continues to weaponize ICE and the National Guard to occupy American cities, terrorize communities, and detain U.S. citizens without any due process

I REFUSE to fund Trump’s lawless government while health care for millions hangs in the balance. I will continue holding the line – but I need your help.
