When I got to the state legislature, we cut the number of uninsured Californians by two-thirds -- covering millions of families so kids could see a doctor when they got sick.
When measles broke out at Disneyland, I stood up to RFK Jr. and his anti-vaccine movement, even when they targeted my family. I refused to back down. We passed the law to vaccinate our children -- and we haven’t had a major outbreak since.
