The president is currently following through on his campaign promise to go after his “political enemies.”

Recently, he fired a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, Lisa Cook. Then, earlier this month, he went after former FBI Director James Comey. Last week, he set his sights on New York Attorney General Letitia James, who was just indicted.

President Trump is weaponizing the Department of Justice and using his illegal power grab to punish any leader who disagrees with him. This is fascism.

I am horrified at the treatment of anyone who disagrees with this administration. We must put an end to these diabolical and politically motivated firings and indictments.

Even while the government is shut down due to the GOP’s inaction, I won’t stop speaking out against these authoritarian actions.
