And it mattered.

The world saw the power of the people. President Trump’s birthday parade was drowned out by protests in every state and across the globe. His attempt to turn June 14 into a coronation failed, and the story became a rallying point for a movement rising against his authoritarian power grabs.

Since then, the Trump regime has gone to extremes to weaponize the federal government and enrich themselves while propping up dangerous fossil fuels, and cutting jobs and services for the rest of us.

That’s why on October 18, we’re joining what might be the largest mass mobilization in our nation's recent history to once again say “No Kings.” Find an event happening near you and join us.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen the threats from the Trump regime escalate—from gutting healthcare and environmental protections, to deploying armed troops against Americans in multiple cities. He’s using OUR tax dollars to pay for HIS power grabs—even as we struggle to pay our bills, access transportation, put food on the table, and recover from disasters.

But the backlash is growing too, and next week millions of us will take to the streets, peacefully and defiantly, to show that the people—the majority—are taking action to stop the corruption and remind Trump that this country has no kings.
