It's been TWO WEEKS (!!!) since Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress shut down the government rather than fix the health care crisis they created.

ICE is grabbing people off the streets, terrorizing our communities, and sowing chaos and confusion for President Trump to seize more power and continue to trample over the rule of law.

And as I’m writing this, Donald Trump is STILL insisting on weaponizing the National Guard to deploy them against the American people in cities across the nation.

Through it all, it’s clear that the Republican Party has fallen completely in line with the President’s extreme, un-American attacks on our citizens and our democracy — and I will not stand for it. 

Now, it’s more important than EVER that Democrats flip the House in 2026, and put lawmakers in charge who will ACTUALLY stand up to hold this authoritarian administration accountable to the American people — and that starts with defending must-win seats like OR-06.
