It has been two weeks since the federal government shut down and I have been hearing from many of you have reached out to my office with concerns about what you’re seeing out of Washington.

I want to hear directly from you. Your thoughts matter to me, and I want to discuss the latest developments and how I can best serve you during the shutdown.

That’s why I’m hosting a live telephone town hall on Wednesday, October 15 at 7:00 PM PT to discuss the federal shutdown. This is an opportunity for us to connect, and for me to better understand the needs and priorities of California’s 38th Congressional District.
