I recently discovered something disturbing: the meat industry has been surveilling me and thousands of other animal advocates. DeSmog revealed that the Animal Agriculture Alliance has created a database of over 2,400 people they consider "threats" — including folks who simply follow animal rights organizations on social media. In their eyes, compassion is dangerous.
The industry labels us "extremists" because it helps them sleep at night. They couldn't possibly call us what we actually are — compassionate human beings — because that would force them to confront their actions. It's easier to dismiss us than to acknowledge the suffering of billions of sentient beings.
As animal rights activists, we're caught in a frustrating paradox: we're called hypocrites if we aren't "pure," and "extremists" if we are. But what's truly extreme? Tearing the skin off an animal being unnecessarily slaughtered for a fleeting moment of taste. An industry profiting from suffering while destroying our planet. Surveilling people for advocating compassion.
At Animal Outlook, we stand for something radically different: justice, truth, and compassion. Our investigations reveal what the industry hides. Our legal team challenges the status quo. And this surveillance only confirms one thing: They're afraid of the truth we're exposing.
Today, I'm asking you to join me in being "extreme" — extremely supportive in our fight against the animal agriculture industry. Your donation directly funds investigations, legal challenges, and advocacy that empowers compassionate choices.
Will you make a donation today to stand up to an industry so threatened by compassion that they're monitoring advocates? Your support sends a powerful message that their intimidation only strengthens our resolve.
For the animals,

P.S. When an industry tracks people who simply follow animal rights accounts, you know they're worried. Donate today and show them that compassion can't be silenced.
As a non-profit organization, Animal Outlook relies on donations from caring, generous people like you. Every dollar matters. Your support makes a world of difference to farmed animals. Â
