If we Democrats lose our court majority, MAGA will implement an extreme abortion ban, redistrict PA’s maps, and take control of elections in this key swing state, all but guaranteeing Democrats lose PA and its 19 electoral college votes for the next decade and beyond. With less than 21 days until Election Day, voters are confused as all hell. Because the justices don’t have a D or R next to their name, it's up to voters to figure out on their own. Now polls are showing that voters are undecided and uncertain on whether voting “yes” or “no” on judicial retention will support or oppose MAGA. The GOP is taking advantage of this and is spending millions on deceptive ads and mailers to try to convince Democratic and Independent voters to vote no and remove their Supreme Court Justices.
