Call, write, or visit your U.S. Representative and Senators to demand Congress fulfill its constitutional role. Stop the Trump administration’s abuse of power and weaponizing the military and Department of Justice against MAGA’s political opponents. End the targeting of peaceful groups as “domestic terrorists” and violating the liberty and rights of all U.S. residents, particularly immigrants, unhoused people, and people of color. Oppose this McCarthyite attack on democracy, including anti-communism.
Co-sponsor and pass the No Political Enemies Act in the House and Senate, which stops presidents and federal agencies from retaliation to silence protected speech. Pass the No Kings Act (S.4973) and bring forward a companion bill in the House to reaffirm that presidents do not have immunity for criminal actions.
