The Endangerment Finding is supported by a rock-solid legal foundation, a mountain of scientific evidence and extensive public input. But the Trump administration continues to deny the clear link between pollution and the climate-related harms people feel every day.

If it succeeds, the Trump administration’s attack against the Endangerment Finding and climate science would result in more harmful air pollution, driving deadly and costly extreme weather and health impacts, as well as raising insurance and energy costs.
