John,

I’m thrilled to introduce Live Action’s newest initiative: The North Star Fellowship.

This highly selective fellowship exists to cultivate experienced, principled leaders — individuals who can thoughtfully navigate complex ethical issues and communicate truth with compassion and conviction in environments often marked by confusion and controversy.

Fellows will follow a rigorous, classics-style curriculum with readings from Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle, as well as the underpinnings of natural law and Judeo-Christian anthropology. The curriculum will include formation in bioethics, leadership, and communication.

We are looking for candidates who wish to sharpen their intellectual and practical skills in the areas of media, policy, and faith:

  • Media
Producers, editors, reporters, or social media influencers will garner a more robust understanding of the pro-life movement, our efforts in a post-Roe America, and how to objectively evaluate data often manipulated by the abortion industry.

  • Policy
From Supreme Court precedents to legislative strategies (to sponsor and avoid), fellows will hear from leading experts in the legal and legislative fields about successes, failures, and innovative policy strategies for the current political landscape. This fellowship will train political professionals who are committed to making life one of their top priorities.

  • Faith
From priests and pastors to lay clergy and concerned citizens of all professional backgrounds, our common ground is our Christian faith. We are seeking faith leaders who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of how our theology shapes our understanding of life.

Fellowship Retreat!
In addition to world-class instruction, fellows will participate in an all-expense-paid, in-person intensive along the beautiful coast of Southern California. This exclusive retreat is a closed-door, invite-only opportunity for fellows and facilitators to dialogue about deeply critical matters without public ramifications.

Through engagement with leading thinkers in bioethics, law, philosophy, apologetics, and communications, the North Star Fellowship advances Live Action’s mission to develop tomorrow’s intellectual thought leaders in a way that protects life and exposes the adjacent cultural adversities upstream from abortion.

All of these conversations are imperative to creating a culture that defends life, the family unit, and divinely inspired natural law.

Stay tuned for more updates about this exciting new program and the leaders it will form.

With hope and determination,

Lila Rose
