Republicans are pouring money into Pennsylvania’s normally sleepy retention election to try to flip our court. That’s because in recent years, our PA Supreme Court has issued decisive rulings on reproductive rights, LGBTQ rights, legislative maps, election laws, and other important civil liberties issues. We must support Justice Dougherty to protect the integrity of our courts and ensure that justice remains fair and balanced.
Let’s keep Justice Dougherty exactly where we need him, on the Supreme Court, standing up for all Pennsylvanians.
