Jack, today is Indigenous Peoples Day. Today and every day, we celebrate
Indigenous community, leadership, history, and culture.

Despite centuries of assaults against their personhood, Indigenous people,
communities, and nations are still fighting to preserve their heritage and
culture, protect their land, exercise self-governance, and foster a world built
on justice and equity for all people and the planet. Join us and, together, let
us reinforce our communities with our support.

Now, more than ever, it's critical to build powerful coalitions to defend
people, communities, and nations against resource extraction and political and
financial systems that poison our people, pollute our water, destroy our land,
contribute to climate change, violate our human rights, and strip us of our
inherent dignity and worth.

We have provided a list of organizations we can support today with one click.
Some of them focus on defending the environment and stopping climate change.
Others are building political power through elections. And many are dedicated
to ending colonial and patriarchal violence against Native women, girls, and
two-spirit people. All are empowering Indigenous communities. Together, we can
help decolonize and transform harmful systems.

To honor Indigenous Peoples Day and to help build the collective power of
American Indians, Indigenous people, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians, click
here to donate $5, $10, $25 or more today. Your donation will support
Indigenous organizing and advocacy.
