Despite the Government Shutdown, I am continuing to fight every day for YOU, the people of Georgia's 14th District.

Congress has failed to do its Constitutional duty of passing a budget to fund the federal government. 

I wanted to take the time and explain how I am still working to advance legislation that YOU sent me here to tackle. I am standing strong against the Washington elites and will continue to fight for common-sense legislation that puts the American people FIRST!

Last week my District office also hosted our Annual Career Expo, which gives students the ability to meet with local businesses from around the community and hear about different opportunities that support their future.

I am focused on the people of Northwest Georgia. I was sent to DC to represent YOU and your priorities.

Cutting Through The Noise!

I have been fighting for the designation of ANTIFA as a domestic terrorist organization for YEARS!

Congress must act NOW to codify President Trump's Executive Order and stop these violent extremists.

I will continue to demand this designation in Congress.

We must END the political violence coming from ANTIFA once and for all.

Despite the Senate's inability to end the shutdown, I am still working every day for YOU.

Last week, my office held our annual Career Expo in Dalton. We brought together members of our beautiful community to showcase all the opportunities available for the next generation here in Northwest Georgia.

The cost of a college education has ballooned over the last few decades in this country. Our career fair helps show the next generation the other options available to them like trade school or law enforcement.

I will always fight for the youth in my district and their future!

We not only have an illegal immigration problem, but an ASSIMILATION problem. We do not require prospective American citizens to even SPEAK English. My bill changes that.

Through my English Language Unity Act, ENGLISH will be designated as the OFFICIAL language of the United States. 

We are One Unified Nation and should speak one language.

As a mother of three adult children, I know better than most just how unattainable buying a home is for many people in this country.

Not only are home insurance prices skyrocketing across the board, but the price of homes themselves have reached ridiculously high levels.

My Bill, the No Tax on Home Sales Act, eliminates the Capital Gains Tax on primary residences. The equity on your home is not for the federal government to take.

This will REVITALIZE the housing market and work to bring prices down!

My bill allows hard working Americans to KEEP their equity, President Trump is with me on this, let's get this PASSED!
