Today we honor the birth of the United States Navy — established on October 13, 1775, even before our nation was officially born. From the earliest days of the Revolution to the present, America’s sailors have stood guard over freedom, often in the darkest hours and on distant seas.
Their courage, discipline, and sacrifice remind us that liberty is never free — it must be defended by men and women of conviction.
At Truth & Liberty, we’re grateful for every sailor who has served to protect our God-given rights and preserve peace through strength. We pray for those serving today and for the families who stand behind them.
“The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer.” — Psalm 18:2
