Friends,

Senator Kamala Harris has said it was the heroism of civil rights icons that inspired her to pursue a career in law in the first place.

Now, Senator Harris is fighting for racial justice on all fronts -- leading the charge for police reform in the Senate, condemning Donald Trump’s white supremacy in no uncertain terms, and proposing legislation that would help address the obstacles many voters of color are sure to face at the polls in November.

But her advocacy has drawn the ire of Republicans in Congress -- one of whom, John Cornyn, interrupted Harris while she was giving a speech on the Senate floor.

Obviously, Senator Harris persisted. And her refusal to back down against the worst of the GOP shows us exactly what Joe Biden potentially sees in her as a possible running mate. While we haven’t endorsed anyone for the office of the vice presidency, we wonder how you feel -- do you support the fight Kamala is fighting? Tell us:
