In case you missed the news of our coalition’s latest NFA action, we are pleased to inform you that Jensen v. ATF <[link removed]>, an FPC-supported NFA challenge, has been filed in the Northern District of Texas!

Jensen is the 4th action our coalition has taken against the treasonous NFA in 4 months, following blockbuster cases like: 

- FPC v. Platkin (State-level SBR bans)
- Brown v. ATF (Direct NFA challenge)
- And U.S. v. Peterson (NFA suppressors challenge)

And Jensen is a DIRECT CHALLENGE to the NFA itself, making this a really big deal for supporters of the right to keep and bear arms!

“This critical case is another step toward ending the immoral and unconstitutional National Firearms Act,” said FPC President Brandon Combs.
