John, this is a HUGE win for the National Popular Vote:

Washington Post: Supreme Court says a state may require presidential electors to support its popular-vote winner

Let’s break it down --

ONE: Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled Monday that states can require their presidential electors to vote for their party’s nominee for President.

TWO: This decision is an important victory because the Court strongly reaffirmed the power of the states over their electoral votes, and the National Popular Vote law depends on the power of the states.

THREE: This decision from the Supreme Court reminds us how antiquated and undemocratic the Electoral College is, and why we’re fighting to fix it this November.

John, the National Popular Vote would give an equal voice to every American, no matter where you live or who you vote for. If you believe that everyone deserves an equal say in electing our president, we need your help to make the National Popular Vote a reality.

Will you help us keep up the momentum from this important win by supporting our campaign today? Just $10 makes a huge difference in our fight to make every vote for president count -- here in Colorado and across the nation.
