John, Donald Trump – an actual convicted felon – just indicted me on baseless charges. 

Does anybody else see the irony here?

This is the same man who’s been found liable for fraud.

The same man who used the presidency to enrich himself and punish his critics.

The same man who now seeks to weaponize our justice system for his own political retribution.

Let me be crystal clear: I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced. And I will not back down from holding the president accountable.

Because the truth is faith and fear cannot share the same space. And so I refuse to be fearful – but fearless. And I will continue doing my job to protect New Yorkers and defend the rule of law.

But make no mistake: Trump and his allies are trying to tear down anyone who stands in their way. Your support has the power to help me fight back and continue my work to block their unconstitutional agenda.
