Dear Members and Associates,

I was wrong (it happens) on the information about today's school board meeting. They are not discussing whether to renew or not the contract at this meeting. A proposed contract has not been presented to the board for consideration (likely in August, perhaps July 21 if they are ready). The meeting today is about improving the SRO system they have now, under the working assumption that they will have it in the future. Please let them know that the best improvement is getting the police out of the schools. I still suggest that we watch today's meeting linked to in the previous email so that we know what they are proposing.
