Justin is a progressive, tireless fighter who is always answering constituents’ calls, attending community events, and showing up for his community. When people in his district call, they don’t have to seek him out or jump through hoops to speak with him, because he’s there, in the community, fighting for them and alongside them.

In Congress, Justin won’t back down or bow down to corporate lobbies, special interests, or big-dollar donors — unlike his opponent and the vast majority of Congressmembers like him, who are content with incumbency and put in little to no effort to win their constituents’ trust or fight for their best interests.

As an organizer and a state legislator, Justin has been a leader in the fight against Elon Musk and xAI in Memphis, Big Oil, the NRA, and corporate gun manufacturers who make our communities less safe. As a member of Congress, he’ll keep up the fight for:

• Economic equity and security, including national solutions to make billionaires and corporations pay their fair share and protect workers and unions under attack, so we can receive the investments in jobs, wages, housing, and healthcare — like Medicare for All — the people need to not only survive but thrive.
• Commonsense gun laws that place the lives of our children, loved ones, and neighbors above the interests of gun lobbyists;
• Environmental and climate justice, including clean air, clean water, and clean soil for every community, as the Trump administration and corporate polluters roll back decades of environmental protections;
• Education and youth programming, including quality public schools, investments in youth community centers, mentorship, and programming opportunities, and free public college and trade schools.

Winning this primary won’t be easy. Justin is going up against a powerful incumbent who’s been in Congress for nearly 20 years, elected office for over 40 years, and built a multimillion-dollar war chest along the way. But we’ve proven before that organized people can defeat organized money, and with your support, we’ll do it again.

We’re on a mission to grow our progressive coalition in Congress so that we can finally pass Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, Housing for All, and more. But to do that, we need to elect Justin J. Pearson in Tennessee.
