The days are getting shorter and it's hard to believe that the back-to-school shopping has already begun. Before we know it, we'll be putting the cover back on the "People's Pool" and picking out Halloween costumes. There's no question that we've got a busy fall ahead of us fighting for every county and every community in Pennsylvania once the legislature reconvenes.
But frankly, the team is a bit worried because we've fallen into the late "summer slump" — when people understandably stop paying attention to politics and stop opening annoying emails like this one. Which means we're quite a bit behind on our August end-of-month goal.
