For the last 12 years, he’s made it his mission to push Texas further into extremism—from stripping away health care access to attacking voting rights. He hasn’t fought for everyday Texans; he only cares about himself and his wealthy allies.

Sought to fine Democrats and remove them from office when they fought back against Trump’s power grab during the Republican-led redistricting scheme.
Blocked Medicaid expansion, leaving millions of Texans without affordable health care in the least insured state.
Enacted the nation’s most extreme abortion ban that has no exception for rape or incest.
Suppressed voting rights through new ID requirements and limits on mail-in voting.
Defunded public education by taking tax dollars out of public schools and sending them to private schools.
Signed a bill that mandates the display of the Ten Commandments in every public school classroom.
Enacted a dangerous permitless carry law that allows Texans to carry a loaded gun in public without a background check, training, or permit.
