Dear John,
Imagine trekking miles, carrying a heavy water container while pregnant. Ware did this for six hours a day in the extreme heat.
But she had hope. Hope to build an underground water tank for her community - one that could collect every precious drop of rain and filter it into safe drinking water.
This week, Pope Leo XIV released his first Apostolic Exhortation Dilexi te, which reminds us that caring for our neighbours who are living in poverty and marginalised is “tangible proof of the authenticity of our love for God”.
You can show your love and care for our neighbours by standing with families like Ware’s to make sure villages have these life-changing tanks. A better world needs all of us, will you help by donating today?

Gaza Ceasefire

After two years of almost constant bombardment, a ceasefire will bring moments of quiet, to simply breathe or to begin to grieve for all that has been lost.
Find out how our partners are responding to this moment of hope and what you can do to help.
