Patriot,
In August, President Trump directed the Department of Education to “ensure
institutions of higher education receiving Federal financial assistance are
transparent in their admissions practices.”
However, the Trump administration (and others paying attention) have reason
to believe that universities are not being transparent in how they admit
students.
The administration is now requesting comments on this rule.
I’m Nicole Neily, President of Defending Education. I created this
organization in 2021 to fight back against the excess of politics and ideology
that had made its way into our schools.
Defending Education has already helped over 1,500 parents, grandparents, and
concerned citizens submit comments to the Trump administration, letting them
know that we support transparency in admissions.
But we need your help to get more parents' voices heard.
Will you chip in $10, $35, or even $50 to help us let the Department of
Education know that you, me, and the majority of concerned parents support
transparency in admissions?

Support Transparency in Admissions

The Supreme Court’s ruling in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard made
clear that the consideration of race in higher education admissions violates
students’ constitutional and civil rights.
However, universities are still admitting some students over others based on
their race, despite the Supreme Court’s ruling.
Defending Education’s own report indicates that more than 245 colleges and
universities are still actively operating DEI offices.
Now I’m counting on you to help us alert the Trump administration.
You can help Defending Education speak up for greater transparency in
admissions and ensure that these institutions follow the law, respect the
constitutional and civil rights of applicants, and treat all students with the
dignity they deserve.
You can help us let the Trump administration know that you strongly support
their decision to create more transparency in admissions by donating today.
