On the debate stage the other night, Jack was asked what grade he gives Donald Trump’s second term. Without missing a bit, Jack responded: “I’d certainly give the president an ‘A.’ I think he’s right about everything that he’s doing.”

So what will Jack do the next time Trump attacks our health care, takes away funding for our schools, or comes after New Jerseyans’ basic civil rights? Nothing – because Jack has made clear he doesn’t answer to the people of New Jersey, he answers to the president.

But I promise you this: When Trump attacks the people of New Jersey, I’ll fight back. I’ve spent the last seven years in Congress fighting for New Jersey, and as governor, I will ALWAYS put the people of our state first.

Look, this election comes down to this: a vision for our future that puts hardworking families in our state first, vs. one that puts blind loyalty to Donald Trump before anything else.
