The Supreme Court has agreed to hear 33 cases during its 2025-2026 term, with 19 cases already scheduled for argument. The docket contains cases touching the most sensitive and consequential issues in American society, from civil rights and democracy to criminal justice and technology.

Recent additions to the docket cover issues ranging from campaign-finance regulations to the flexibility of deadlines to move cases from state to federal court.

This term is expected to address fundamental questions about our democracy, how technology affects our privacy, and the scope of federal agency authority.

Supreme Court justices serve for life, but their decisions affect your life every day. From the air your kids breathe to worker protections at your job, these cases matter.

I can’t control how the Court rules, but I can make sure Cincinnati’s voice is heard in Congress when we respond to their decisions. Whether it’s protecting voting rights or standing up for worker safety, I’ll fight for our values.

If you’re able, please chip in $5, $10, or whatever you can to help us keep fighting for the issues that matter to our families.

Appreciate you,

Greg
