Congressman Scott Perry voted to cut food benefits for 4 million of our neighbors to pay for a massive tax cut to billionaires.

Now he and his colleagues are covering up how many more people will go hungry by halting the measurement of food insecurity. Ignoring a problem will not make it go away.

Pennsylvanians deserve more than just barely scraping by. From owning a home to retiring with dignity, or even just taking a vacation, the American dream is becoming unaffordable.

And Scott Perry is doubling down on his tariffs, which are driving up inflation and making everything more expensive. He is refusing to work across the aisle to bring down healthcare premiums and instead holding critical government services hostage with this irresponsible shutdown.

John, I am sick of footing the bill for his recklessness and refusal to take responsibility. I know you are, too.

In Congress, I will work to bring down housing and healthcare costs. I will not put tax cuts for billionaires above food assistance for our most vulnerable. You can count on me to be your voice in Congress, like you have counted on me for the news for the past thirty years.
