As you know, California's congressional districts could undergo some big changes if Prop 50 passes. Key battlegrounds will be redrawn to counter the GOP’s election-rigging schemes in Texas and other red states.
But even under new lines, CA-45 will remain one of the most competitive districts in the country, and one of the few places Republicans can go on offense.
The GOP knows this, and we expect more Republicans to announce soon. And we expect them to treat CA-45 as one of its top takeover targets in the entire country – and that’s no exaggeration, John.
