Happy birthday to me! Despite MAGA Republicans having a tight hold on Oklahoma, I have hope. I know Oklahoma Democrats will flip seats in 2026. I’m convinced we can do it because I gave them a run for their money in 2024.
In 2024, I ran for House District 100 in Northwest OKC and came just 287 votes short. My volunteers and I door-knocked more than 25,000 doors in the district and made Republicans pour thousands of dollars into a race they once thought was safe. That campaign proved that when we organize everywhere, we can win anywhere.
I continue to serve my community through various organizations and currently hold the position of Affirmative Action Officer with the Oklahoma County Democrats. I’m still organizing, showing up, and working to build the kind of Oklahoma we all deserve.
