A few years ago, The Chicks performed at the Iowa State Fair, which was awesome! As a fan of their music, I’ve found inspiration from some of their songs about what’s happening in Iowa, so forgive me in advance for these puns.

For starters, there’s a lot of Wide Open Races in the Hawkeye State.

When we said Goodbye Ernst after she announced she wasn’t running for reelection, our Senate race AND Governor’s race became open simultaneously for the first time since 1968. Add on IA-02 and IA-04, and that’s a total of FOUR races that became more competitive for Democrats.

With the failed leadership of Republicans over the past ten years, we have plenty of Democrats who are Ready to Run and flip these seats. But Here’s Our Trouble, the GOP is Not Ready to Make Nice and they’re spending loads of money to defeat us.

Iowa Democrats can win in a Landslide next fall if we continue investing in our Democratic candidates in primary and general elections. Will you help us March March to victory by chipping in $25 to IDP today?
