Thousands of unionized Starbucks workers are organizing for better hours,
higher take-home pay, and real protections on the job. Right now, you can
help build the pressure to get Starbucks back to the bargaining table by
pledging not to cross the picket line if baristas go on strike.
Over 12,000 baristas have unionized more than 600 stores with Starbucks
Workers United. They're fed up, united, and taking action to make sure
Starbucks hears their demands – and they need our help. When allies and
customers refuse to cross the picket line, it sends a clear message to
Starbucks: We’re with baristas until they win the contract they deserve.

What began at one store in Buffalo in December 2021 has grown into a
national movement. Baristas at the Elmwood Ave. store made history as the
first unionized Starbucks in the U.S., sparking a wave of organizing that
brought Starbucks to the bargaining table in 2024.For nine months, union
baristas showed up, made real progress, and negotiated in good faith. Then
Starbucks walked away, turning its back on the baristas who know what
their stores need to run smoothly and give customers a better experience.
Spoiler alert: Starbucks can’t succeed without them. Help bring union
baristas' fight to the next level by pledging not to cross the picket line
if they go on strike.
