Your favorite wild horse photo revealed
Photo 3

Drumroll, please! The votes are IN!

Over 2,383 members of our wild horse community cast a vote, and we’re happy to share the favorite photo from World Animal Day!

This picture was taken by photographer Tandin Chapman in Utah. The horse in photo 3, with its windswept mane and pinto coloring, captures the beauty of wild horses and burros in their natural habitat.

What’s not shown in this picture is the constant threat to their lives — from potential roundups, mismanagement, and a lifetime of confinement. It’s exactly why American Wild Horse Conservation (AWHC) works tirelessly to ensure the survival of these iconic animals.

Our ability to keep wild horses roaming free depends on people who care as deeply as you do, Jack. Will you pitch in today to keep wild horses wild?
