About the job

The IT Infrastructure and Network Operations Sr. Manager provides strategic direction and technical guidance to the Network and Infrastructure team. This includes managing Network staff and providing consultation, and technical recommendations to internal and external customers. This position is a highly technical hands-on leader who is responsible for the support, maintenance and security of agency infrastructure. This role also partners with the business and other information technology teams to develop the annual infrastructure budget.
