Hi John,

This is the last chance to apply to serve on the Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN) Steering Committee! The deadline to apply is Tuesday, October 14 at 11:59PM.

If you’re interested in ELPN’s work and want to help shape future offerings, consider serving on the ELPN steering committee for the 2026-27 program year! Please also forward this email to your networks and others who might be interested in ways to support our industry while gaining valuable experience.

🧑‍🏫 What Is ELPN? For over 10 years, NPH’s ELPN has served the Bay Area affordable housing industry as a platform for growth, achievement, and opportunity among a cohort of affordable housing practitioners to ensure they have the tools and resources to propel our industry forward. ELPN’s offerings include trainings, workshops, and social events and are designed specifically for housers who have been in the field for under 10 years.

📓 What Is the ELPN Steering Committee? The all-volunteer Steering Committee sets ELPN priorities and determines our programming throughout the year. With the help of dedicated and collaborative individuals, ELPN has brought accessible and diverse programming to affordable housing practitioners and advocates through NPH since 2014.
