Tish James was just indicted on false pretenses — another step in Trump’s march toward dictatorship.

We can’t sit back and watch this happen. Here’s my plan to fight back:

1. Organize. Trump wants chaos. We win with community. Democrats need to mobilize everywhere; not next year, but right now.

2. Fight fire with fire. MAGA is weaponizing every tool they have. We’ll use every legal and procedural tool to stop them — discharge petitions, boycotts, oversight hearings and more. No more playing by rules they’ve already burned.

3. Build. The only way to defeat Trumpism for good is to rebuild faith in a democracy that delivers, with affordable housing, climate action, and real results.

Trump thinks indicting his opponents will make us afraid. He’s wrong. It’s going to make us organize, fight, and build even harder.
