John,

I have some important news about protecting Arizona seniors from abuse and exploitation. But first, could you contribute $10 to my reelection campaign? [ [link removed] ]

Recently, my office published a new Elder Abuse Registry — a public database of civil, criminal, and administrative actions involving vulnerable adults. For the first time, aging Arizonans and their loved ones can access the information they need to make informed decisions about care.

This is about transparency and accountability.

Seniors are being targeted by scammers, abused by caregivers, and exploited by people they trust. I promised to protect our state's seniors from fraud, neglect, and abuse, and by publishing this registry, we're doing exactly that.

My office will continue to aggressively investigate and prosecute senior abuse.

But here's the thing: every investigation costs money. Every prosecution requires resources. And my opponents want an Attorney General who won't prioritize protecting vulnerable Arizonans.

I've seen the cases. Seniors are losing their life savings to fraud. Vulnerable adults are neglected in care facilities. Financial exploitation by family members or supposed "friends."

It's happening every single day in Arizona, but I’m doing everything I can to put an end to this.

Can you make a donation today to help me keep protecting Arizona seniors? [ [link removed] ]

The Elder Abuse Registry will be maintained and updated monthly. It's one more tool to help families protect their loved ones and hold abusers accountable.

If you want an Attorney General who takes action to protect vulnerable Arizonans, I need your support [ [link removed] ].

Thanks for having my back,

Kris
