For decades, those in power promised that if we just let the rich get richer, something would “trickle down” to the rest of us.
Well, I don’t know about you, but I’m not seeing it. It’s the polar opposite:
Working people are still paying outrageous prices for eggs, for prescriptions, for the basics we need to get by. Meanwhile, corporations keep reporting record profits and CEOs keep giving themselves bonuses.
This is the status quo in Washington — and it’s broken. It serves the people at the very top while the rest of us fall further behind.
I’m running for Senate because I believe we can build something better.
We can take on corporate greed, fight for Medicare for All, and make sure government finally works for working people, not just the wealthy few.
But first, I need to make it through this competitive primary. The establishment’s preferred candidate in our race has corporate PACs bankrolling their campaign. I have you.
