John, here are a couple of reasons why the entire country is watching my race:

This is one of the first major elections after the presidential election last fall. In that election, Donald Trump was just 6 points away from winning right here in New Jersey — making it even more clear that New Jersey is no longer the safe blue state it once was.

I’m showing our nation a new way forward. My opponent has shown he’ll do anything Donald Trump tells him to — no matter how much it hurts New Jersey families. I will ALWAYS put the people of this state first. Leadership isn’t just following along with what some Washington politician wants. It’s doing what’s right for the people you serve, even when you get attacked for it.

As New Jersey goes, so goes the nation. What we do here in New Jersey will set the trend for 2026, 2028, and beyond. It’s up to us here to take a stand against Donald Trump’s incompetence and authoritarianism — and show the nation that there’s a better path forward.
