John,

Prop 50 ballots are out!

That means we are inside one month – four more Tuesdays – before our critical special election to reject Donald Trump’s unprecedented power grab.

And since our last check-in, even more Republican-led states are vowing to bend the rules to Trump’s whim, to try and maintain his onslaught of unconstitutional actions.

Prop 50 MUST pass. Every day from hereon out matters.

It is critical that we vote YES on Proposition 50 - especially as more red states are making new rules on the fly. And I hope you’ll join me in your support. [[link removed]]

California has to lead against Donald Trump’s fascist ideas.

But polling shows tons of voters are still undecided. The good news is that if we mobilize, we have the numbers to pass Proposition 50, and that’s why I’m asking:

Will you sign your name today that you will support California’s effort to stop Trump’s constitutional overreach? We need to ensure we have fair federal elections in 2026. [[link removed]]

Together,

Betty
