As you may know, AGREE is engaged in a growing range of work, and our staff has grown along with it. To help support the internal systems that keep us running smoothly, AGREE is hiring an Operations Director!

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Director will work closely with leadership to oversee the organization’s finances, staff benefits, organizational policies, logistics, and compliance processes.

This role is ideal for someone with nonprofit management experience who is detail-oriented, people-centered, and motivated to strengthen the operational backbone of a mission-driven organization. It is a hybrid position in Central New York.
