Last week, polling in the New Jersey’s governor’s race started to show what I’ve been seeing for a long time. The race is officially tied.

The polling for Republican nominee Jack Ciattarelli continued to improve this week and we are truly in the midst of a tectonic shift in New Jersey… All that’s left now is to do the hard work between now and Election Day to turn out every Republican voter in the state.

That’s where I have even more good news. Republicans are returning their mail in ballots at a far higher rate than Democrats.

This is phenomenal news, but it’s not all good… So far, Democrat voters have requested more than twice as many mail-in ballots as Republicans, so they still have more votes “in the bank” than we do.

Just like in Pennsylvania in 2024 for President Trump, this year in New Jersey we need to hit our magic number of mail-in and early in person Republican votes cast before election day so we can turn out the rest of our voters and win a decisive victory on Election Day.

That’s why my grassroots team is on the ground registering voters, chasing mail-in ballots, and preparing to launch our massive get out the early vote program. And if you take a look at these numbers, you know we’re making an impact.
