CO GOP CHAIR HORN AND HER ATTORNEY KLENDA GO WILD! APPEAR TO MAKE FALSE PLEADINGS IN COURT. Chair Horn’s delusional attempt to deny the State Central Committee voted to certify the vote to opt out of the open primary has taken a turn for outright crazy. In court filings, Horn and her attorney Klenda are attempting to convince the Judge not to believe his own ears regarding the vote to fire Klenda as Party attorney. A recording of the meeting clearly shows Horn calling for a voice vote. Clearly shows the SCC voted “Yes” to fire Klenda. And clearly shows Horn saying “Okay, passes, passes.” But Horn and Klenda, in what appear to be false pleadings, want the Judge to ignore the facts because Brita now “believes” the vote failed. Say what?? A “folie a deux” is a mental condition where two people go crazy together. Horn and her attorney appear to be suffering from this malady. The Court is scheduling a status conference on all of this later this month. Meanwhile, Horn’s personal attorney Klenda continues to bankrupt the Party with his exorbitant legal bills. VOTE NO ON PROPS LL AND MM. ANOTHER LIB SCAM TO RAISE YOUR TAXES. There are two statewide propositions on the November 2025 ballot - Prop LL and Prop MM. One would let the state keep more of your tax dollars and the other would raise your taxes to fund a program to provide free school lunches to all students. Most families are perfectly capable of buying their kids’ lunches and there are already programs that provide lunches for those who can’t afford it.
