Wondering how you can make this festive season really meaningful?

Want to help kids wake up with a little bit of joy and magic on Christmas morning?

Great news , you can do both of those things by becoming an Our Village Elf!

We have a couple of fun ways for you to be just like Santa's elves and help kids in need – because no child should wake up without joy this Christmas morning.

Too many families across Victoria will face the day with very little to celebrate. No gifts under the tree, no special lunch – just the heavy weight of hardship and struggle.

At Our Village, we believe no child should miss out on the magic and simple joy of Christmas. That’s why we’re asking you to help us bring back the magic for kids doing it tough.

Here’s two super easy ways to become one of our Christmas Elves:

1. Be the host with the most!

Hold your own Festive Fundraiser – maybe a festive morning tea with work colleagues, a street BBQ with your neighbours or a bake sale with your local community club or school? Or choose something more up your alley – it's up to you!

Raise vital funds while having a great time! Sounds like a no-brainer to us!

2. Turn your work colleagues into Elves!

Our Village is inviting your team to become Warehouse Elves and help us bring joy to children in need – in a very practical way!

Join us in either our Clayton or Geelong warehouses to sort and pack essential items like prams, car seats, clothing, books and toys for families facing hardship. We need volunteers to help us get our pre-loved items ready for their new homes – a lot like Santa's elves in the north pole!

It's a fun day out of the office and a great way to bond with your team while also giving back to the community. Come on – get the boss to book in a corporate volunteering spot this festive season – and maybe end the day with your Christmas work party? Ho, Ho, Ho! 🎅
