Help us shape the proposed Delegated Authority Policy—there’s still time!
DES is updating the Delegated Authority Policy [ [link removed] ] to make it more clear and useful for agencies. The policy applies when agencies purchase or lease goods and services under Chapter 39.26 RCW [ [link removed] ].
We’d like you to review the revised proposed policy and take *a short survey* [ [link removed] ] to give your feedback. Our goal for the proposed revised policy is to ensure the updates *reflect the needs of state agencies* and aligns the policy documents with the new procurement risk assessment process.
All feedback will be considered and DES will connect with stakeholders on the next steps for the development of this policy.
Please provide feedback by *Oct. 17*. Thank you!
