While Minnesotans are struggling with higher prices for everyday goods and services, rising health care costs, and cruel cuts to the basic government services that millions of people rely on, Donald Trump and his fellow Republicans are turning a blind eye.

Instead, Trump and his Republicans allies are extending tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires — and keeping the federal government shuttered. They’ve even cancelled votes and lengthened the House’s two-week break.

But while Republicans aren’t even pretending to be interested in solving the crisis they created, I’m working every day to deliver results for Minnesotans. I’ll keep fighting to reopen the government, protect access to health care, and get real relief for families.
