MAGA anti-abortion activists are trying to sneak their extreme abortion ban past voters in the obscure, once in a decade, PA Supreme Court retention election this November.
If they topple the 3 Democrats Justices on the PA Supreme Court, they will be able to replace these judges with MAGA loyalists—giving MAGA complete control over the State’s highest court. With their loyalists in place, they could completely circumvent the will of Pennsylvanians altogether by having the court rule that abortion is unconstitutional.
If MAGA pulls this off, this will become the new strategy for extreme anti-abortion activists. In other words, if MAGA wins in PA, extreme abortion bans will soon be unleashed in every state across the entire country.
