$250 for 250 years of America

Oswego250 Logo Contest

Win $250 and have your artwork featured on official Oswego250 merchandise!

The Village of Oswego is calling on artists, students and creative minds to help us commemorate a once-in-a-generation moment. In 2026, the United States celebrates 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence and Oswego will be part of the nationwide celebration.

We’re looking for a bold, original logo that reflects both the spirit of our community and the significance of this historic milestone. This is your chance to design something meaningful, memorable and lasting. The winning logo will represent Oswego250 across all official materials and events.

If you’re a resident of Oswego and are 16 or older, we invite you to submit your design by Oct. 31 (it’s coming fast)!

Create something that honors the past and helps shape the future. Find full contest rules and submission details here! [ [link removed] ]

Oswego's Future

Oswego Comprehensive Plan [ [link removed] ]

The Village is developing a new Comprehensive Plan to guide growth and investment for the next decade and beyond. This plan will align development with community values, supporting local businesses and enhancing overall quality of life.

Focusing on key areas like housing, transportation, parks, economic development and land use, the plan will bring these priorities together into a single, unified vision. By planning ahead, we can grow responsibly, protect important resources and ensure Oswego remains a great place to live for generations to come.

Community input is essential throughout the process. Through workshops, surveys and public events, residents and stakeholders will have meaningful opportunities to share ideas and help shape a future that reflects Oswego’s shared goals and aspirations.
